What is the 'E' setting on the valve for (between the frost protection '*' and the off 'O')? Answers1

That is not a setting, it is just a logo to confirm it complies with EN215.

We have a broken Honeywell Radiator Valve Head - very similar looking to the VT117. The metal ring that connects it to the radiator has an internal measurement of approx; 32.5mm/33mm and an External measurement of approx; 40mm - would the VT117 be a suitable replacement? Answers1

We have Tremtol TRV's (from Honeywell) fitted in 1989 - as far as I can see I need to fit a 28mm to 30mm adaptor and then a new replacement TRV head - will a Honeywell VT117 Replacement TRV Head with any 28 to 30 adaptor work together? Answers1

The VTL120 is a complete valve including lockshield. The VT117 Head is just a replacement head

I am looking for a TRV Head to replace an old Braukmann head, the inner ring fitting is 20mm, new fittings look like they are now a standard 15mm. .? Are replacements available or do I need to change the whole valve. ? Thanks Answers1

I want to replace my Honeywell TRVs which are 20 years old. I want to ensure that I get the liquid sensor TRVs rather than the Wax sensor TRVs. Looking at VT117s some are Wax and some are liquid so how can I tell? Answers1
