I'm getting a 22m2 extension with UFH which will be connected in with the existing house's heating (i.e. same zone). I have smart TRVs in the rest of the house. Can I remove the manual valve on this and replace it with a smart TRV? In other words, does it have standard TRV dimensions? Answers1

No, the thermostatic module is built into the mixing valve.

The mixing valve limits the water temperature, not the room temperature.

The wiring box has terminals so you can wire in an electronic room thermostat to limit the room temperature.
