1. Find the make and model of your existing programmer.
If your are unable to identify it please email us a photograph of it to sales@heatingcontrolsonline.com and one of our experienced staff will try to recognise it. Remember - we try to answer all emails within 4 working hours!

2. Search our shop for your programmer.
Often its better to search for just the model number. If your programmer can be replaced using the existing backplate (making it a 10 minute job!) or with just a minor wiring change. The replacement will be returned in the results.

3. If you can`t find your replacement look at our table here .
If your programmer is listed in this table you will need to replace the backplate on your wall, but you can use the existing wires. Full instructions will be provided with your replacement programmer. We can supply a terminal-to-terminal wiring guide to help you with the wiring, just ask for one in the order comments.

4. If you still can`t find your replacement please contact us.
Please email your make and model to sales@heatingcontrolsonline.com and we will advise on a replacement. We try to answer all email in 4 working hours.
You may also telephone us - but please be aware that, due to the vast amount of programmers ever made, our staff may not be able to give advice in the initial call.
