  • Yes, it will be a direct replacement.

  • Hi. You will need to contact Siemens on 0330 2221996. You will likely need to provide proof that you own the flat rather then renting it from a landlord. If you do rent the flat, then you will need to contact your landlord.
  • No. I would recommend the RDE10.1 (HCO code 25A01).
  • There is a switch on the back of the unit. You will need to press the reset button on the front after changing it. Make sure you switch off the electric before removing it from it's backplate.
  • It will fit onto the existing backplate for a simple swap.
  • You will have to replace the whole programmer. There are no spares available for the RWB27.
  • If you are installing this to a combi boiler, with a short run, then 0.75mm heat resistant cable would be fine.
