To have a replacement sent to you before the return of the faulty item, please fill in the form below. Once this has been completed we will despatch your replacement item. You will have 7 days from completion of this form to return the faulty item to us. PLEASE NOTE: If the faulty item is not received within 7 days, your card will be charged. If it is received within 30 days we will refund the charge.
