Note when replacing Sunvic SDM1901: This actuator is only suitable when the existing actuator is fixed to the valve by two screws. It will not fit valves where the actuator pushes onto the valve.

can this activator replace a SD2752 Answers1

Yes, but it doesn't have the plug on it. So you will need to use 11C13 to connect the old plug onto the new actuator.

The existing actuator has 5 wires whereas the new actuator has 4 wIres. Please advise Answers1

Please check the model number is HSA3 not HSA3CD.

The 3 way valve remains in the hot water position and has to be moved manually to operate the heating system. Dies this mean I need to replace the actuator? Many thanks Answers1

If the white wire has 230v on it, and the valve moves freely, but the actuator doesn't move - then it is faulty and will need to be replaced.

Will the Danfoss HSA 3 fit directly and secure onto my existing Sunvic Ts 93 baseplate without me have to change my 4 port valve assembly.Thanks Answers1

Hi a Engineer has fitted a Actevator Valve. Danfoss, HSA3. the problem is,he does Not know the Wiring,which wire goes where?
The problem was,the Heating could not be switched OFF? only comes on when the Hot Water comes Heating can NOT be Switched OFF? Answers1

Blue - Neutral
Orange - Output to pump and boiler
Grey - H/W off
White - Heating on.

I have removed the existing HSA3 actuator during DIY, but foolishly I’ve lost the 2 fastening screws, so I can’t refit it. Do you supply these screws as spares or can you let me know the size and type so that I can source them please. Thank you. Answers1

Hi Yes, all our products are brand new items.

Has my actuator failed, when in hw mode it is in midway position hw and heating. when i turn hw off it stays in that postion and actuator body feels hot all the time. Heating rads works ok. Answers1

It sounds like it has stuck. It could be either the actuator or valve body. You will need to take it off to check.

Going to use the HSA3 to replace the Sunvic SD2701. Am I correct to assume that the HSA3 Brown/white wire replaces the White wire in the SD2701. Blue, Grey, orange remain the same? Thanks for any help. Answers1

Only if it is fitted to a EDT2702. It will not fit the EDT3706 or EDT3706.

You need the HSA3D to replace the HSA3ND.

P/N 5933 is a label. The actuator type should be on the opposite side of the actuator.

Manual mode is for filling the system, or as an override should the actuator fail.
