The Myson MPRT-RF is a wireless programmable thermostat designed to offer flexible and efficient control over your home's heating system. Comprising a battery-operated room unit and a mains-powered relay box, this system allows you to manage your heating schedule and temperature without the need for extensive wiring.

Key Features at a Glance:

Wireless Operation: The room unit communicates wirelessly with the relay box, which is connected to your boiler. This allows for convenient placement of the thermostat in a suitable living area for accurate temperature sensing.

Programmable Schedules: The MPRT-RF offers 7-day programming, enabling you to set different heating schedules for each day of the week to match your lifestyle and occupancy patterns.

Three Temperature Settings: Users can define three distinct temperature levels: a 'High' setting for comfort when at home, a 'Medium' setting for background warmth, and a 'Low' or frost protection setting for when the property is unoccupied or overnight.

Smart Start Technology: A standout feature of the Myson MPRT-RF is its 'Smart Start' technology. This intelligent function learns the thermal properties of your home and anticipates the time it will take to reach the desired temperature. On warmer days, it will delay the boiler's start time, preventing unnecessary energy consumption and potentially reducing heating bills.

Manual Override and Boost: For immediate heating needs outside of the pre-set schedule, the thermostat includes a manual override function and a one-hour high-temperature boost button.

Clear Display: The room unit features an LCD screen that clearly displays the current room temperature, the set temperature, and the active program.

The portable room unit, which can be either wall-mounted or placed on a surface using its stand, continuously monitors the ambient temperature. When the temperature drops below the programmed setpoint, it sends a radio signal to the relay box. The relay box then activates the boiler to provide heating. Once the desired temperature is reached, the thermostat signals the relay box to switch the boiler off.

Setting up a heating schedule on the Myson MPRT-RF involves assigning one of the three temperature settings (High, Medium, or Low) to different times of the day for each day of the week. The interface is designed to be user-friendly, with dedicated buttons for adjusting the temperature settings and programming the schedule.

The 'Smart Start' feature can typically be enabled or disabled by the user, providing control over this energy-saving function. The thermostat also includes a holiday mode, allowing you to set a lower temperature for an extended period while you are away.
